Is there any excuse to masturbate in Islam rules?

I'm 15 years old and in puberty...? I get strong urges sometimes. But I know that it is haraam. But sometimes I get so tempted I just really really really want to do that. I know fasting helps. But I just have the desire to masturbate so bad!!!
