This is a dumb relationship should i let him go. ?

The last time i told yhu guys about this relation ship yhu said to leave him. but i failed to tell you our relationship is he can hav a girlfriend and i can have a boy friend we both have to know and we dont have sex we do just about everything else though i love him but i dont wanna be his gf. he does want be to be his gf though. he has been askin for the past year and a half and i always turn him down. If I Called and ask if he wanted to go out he would drop his girlfriend right then an there. but i doubt he loves me any more but he does tell me he does but i never say it back cause i dont believe him. i used to think we was made for each other. were the same exact size its like when we touch eachother it meant to be and when he holds me its like his body molds until i fit perfectly sometimes i wonder y dont i ask him out or why didnt i say yes when he asked. i am in love with him and he is my first everything. e.g kiss, touch...etc. we never had sex though im a virgin i never thought to ask him if he was.
