Kind of an awkward question about church's stance on masterbation?

I hate to ask but I need to know if the church is against masturbating? I'm a girl, 16 and catholic and when my bf and i were dating I never needed any type of vibrator obviously but he bought me one anyway.. A lot of people say that's startling, and also think it's even worse that he was 24. But since he still has the vibrator I've got nothing noww but does the Church have any objection to me doing this? If so why? And my bf stopped talking btw.. He used me for sure :/ but I still have the desire to feel all those feelings during sex soo.. Help?!
