Weird Vagina Symtoms?

Well first Of all im a younge woman 23 turning 24 i am a sexually active person and and sex about a month ago. I think I now have a disease or somtin because on my vagina my veins are more noticeable on jus the out side openin of the vagina whole.I also have this weird bumb thing onthe outside of my vagina jus close to the vagina ihtred andkinda yellow at first I thought iht was a pimple but ihts to big to be one nd I tried poping iht but iht herts abit nd a tiny bit of puss poped out but iht remained big i know ihts not a wart or a boil so wat could iht be also I have heaps of discharge nd one some black stuff came out a bit nd ihts not poo or anythin so dnt befoolish while answerin my question pls so yhea god bless yhu
