Will this guy ever ask me out?

i wish he wud ask me outbut idk if hes too shy or hes worrried if i wud say no or if he just thinks im too young.. I try to steeer him into that path to kinda let him know but not telling him kinda thing... But idk........ Im kinda flirting but hes a twin brother so his brother keeps annoying me.... Its some times like his brother will call me weird and then he will go i dont! I personlly think your kewl and this his bro will smile and say ya cuz he- and then dakota will hit him in the head but idk if he was gonna say likes yhu or if he was gonna say im pretty or if he was gonna say something mean idk!!!! Im just sooo confused!!! He looks like he cud be around my age im 14 and hes 16 but he is homeschooled (hes an actor so he has to be) �so he doesnt have alot of friends so he still acts like a 14 year old.. He is religious so he is not all about sex or anything so dont give me that crap please..... But idk he looks at me all the gime and idk if just thinks im pretty or if he wants to be just friend sor he likes me or hes too shy... Please tell me what you think.. And do you know of any good tips that could help me flirt with him? I dont like extreme cuz im around ppl alot and i have done the touch barrier alot so uhh not that and i smile when he looks at me but i just want hime to ask me out!! Usually when a guy starts to like me he goes right into the hard flirting and then we kiss and thats the giys i usually like.. But theres something different with him.. Idk wut.... But i love it! I cant tell him cuz i mean i see him weekly so it wud be embarassing....
