Best android keyboard for me?

I need an android keyboard which does not require me to switch to number mode or have to long press to get the numbers up. I want the numbers to be on the top row possibly. I have a Htc desire Hd and its keyboard is slightly annoying. I normally want to add a number into the text but it requires for me to long press the top buttons and some times it causes mistakes and also it gets boring when typing long things. So please tell me which one and also i dont mind paying for the app.
