I forgot ma password and cant remember the secret question or alternative email...what can i do?

my account was compromised so i decided to change my password,i went to work and came back,when i entered the new password it kept saying invalid...i know dont what else to do..this account is my life..it has all my document in it..i must get it bck..pls..what do yhu advise?
