I'm lightenin my hair tomorrow ?!?

Yea so I'm gonna use lemon juice! Yea it may sound extreme but I've been thinking about this for about 2 weeks and I think I'm ready but I need to the steps! Should my hair be wet or dry, can I use a blow dryer or do I have to go in the sun, if so for how long, since lighten my hair I'm just gonna be grabbing strands, oh do I need to mix it with water or something but if yhu have the answer please comment!! If yhu have any other ideas comment also! P.s my hair is like a darkish brown but in the sun it looks a little lighter but not like I want it :) thanks !!
