I need help bad . [loosen wieght]?
ok so im 13 im 5`3 & weigh 200 ponds !! :( i hav jus started a diet 2days ago but still wiegh 200 lbs i no its tue early tue judge but i shud hav at least lost one lbs [at least] !! i eat a healthy breakfast at 9. then i eat a small lunch at 1 & a a med. dinner at 5. i dnt eat anything after five... before i eat i drink 2 cups of water so that i wud get full off da water &wudnt eat as much ..but i do get my calories in ! i hav stoped drinkin all sodas all i drink is vitamin water !! &i luv tue walk but i dnt lik doin id alone :( so more den likly i end up on fbook all day :( ...i dnt wanna start diet pills so im lukin for help so please help .......anything helps ...do yhu no any free workouts [websites]
