Ritalin and can't sleep?

like the other person said maybe the dr. can give u a lower dose, but also prescribe a low dose anxiety med. like ativan or zanax, i take 2 mg. of ativan @ nite 2 sleep, but ur dr. can prescribe a .5 mg. dosage, if it doesn't come in that low of a dose u could cut the 1 mg. in half, good luck to you
