Why are doods hella mean these days ?

Ok so like at school the other day one of my friends told me that his friend was talking **** about me . Its was madd disrespectful and I was a lil upset cause I have NO idea who his friend is . so I guess my question is , if a R A N D O M guy yhu don't know is talking **** about yhu , what exactly does that mean ? Does that mean he R E A L L Y is disgusted by me or what , lemme know (: thanks .
